How do you view tunes?

Predator U7140, Revision: n v.8t38h, "06 Mustang GT

I recently spent some time with a Dyno Tuner and it appeared as though he had the same DiabloSport software as I do, (DataViewer, DSDownloader). He could pull up the tunes on his computer and view and edit them. I can't do this on mine. I've tried everything but I can't view the tunes! Do I use DSDownloader or DataViewer? When I find the tune on my computer and then click on Edit, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Please help! Note: as I have already stated, nothing is attached or plugged in to the computer. He can somehow view and edit the tunes parameters independant of anything else and then upload the modified tune to the Predator to try. How can I do this?

nope, he has the CMR (ChipMaster Revolution) dealer software... It is diablosport's Tuning Software Suite... and is not available to end-users. You can not open/edit/view the tunes.
