Dealer reflashed my truck with new updates for egr now. When I try to put the 65hp tune on the truck knocks and if you give it any fuel it just starts reving up and you can not stop it.

Does anybody know when their well be afix for this problem?have been told this week but have talk to other people with same problem they have been waiting for weeks now.
sure hope it doesn't take long hate to know I just payed $350 for something I can't use. :x

We are working on this and it is a top priority.
For the meantime, please run the stock tune until we get the new update.

Looks like another week has passed and no fix this is B>S .
I will never buy another thing from your company I have spent $350 for a worthless programmer that I can't use.
And I am going to spread the word about your support if you are going to sell this stuff you should have the people to back it up it is not my fault that GM has updated their programing and your team should be on top of it.
So don't look for any good feed back from me on any of the forums.

The issue at hand turned out to be a bigger deal than expected. You obviously have no idea what is involved in these processes to make comments like you do, it is not your fault nor ours that GM updated your programming. We do not rush releases nor updates until they are 100% tested to ensure that YOU the consumer is happy and have no issues.

You know, GM does not give us a courtesy call to say that they will be releasing new calibrations. We have to find out about it just like you do unfortunately.
This issue will be solved and we are working hard on it right now.

I take offense to your post because I do know how to write code .
And it is funny to me all the other programmers have their stuff up and going.
With your post you try to make me look like a I don't know anything and that may be true but I do know that I still have a $350 junk programmer!!!!!!!!!!

I am just stating facts. Not trying to make anyone look like anything, I just get a little peeved when comments like such are made not taking into account what is involved in the whole process and the fact that our product is referred to as "junk" does not make issues any better.
Regardless, update should most likely get done today, so you can update your "junk programmer".

The 06 trucks seem to be fixed, but there is still an issue with the 07 trucks...we are fixing it now and will have a new revision soon.
