Having an issue updating early crom file for u7145 to the 8000 series Predator. Downloaded the latest DiabloSport Downloader and followed the connection test tab procedure to correct:"This u7145 tool requires a Crom File before use." Still getting the same message. ?

You cant apply a tuner series crom to a tool that already has a crom, they are only for blank U8000 tools.
If it already had a crom on it, you simply need to update it with the latest revision on the downloads page, not the tuner series crom.

I did go to the downloads page looking for an update but all I could find was the u7145-9r02.crom file. Sorry, maybe I'm missing seeing the update file.

OK, Im lost.
What does this tool boot up as now?
Does it show booting_CAN_ready or Booting_EEC_ready?
Or is it booting_u7145?

OK, so apply the crom file from this page:

9r02 is the latest...
