This older guy from the rock was out of work for quite some time and now his monies are getting low. Off to the local watering hole he goes and ties one on. During his evening of piss-faced adventures one of the patrons told him that on the mainland there was plenty of work. Arriving home at an unknown time he quickly passed-out and rested for many hours.
The next day he woke, packed and went to the bank then on to the nearby airport. He approached the ticket seller and stated that he wanted to go to the big city and that he was willing to use half his money to get there (500.00). The ticket seller quickly gave him a ticket to the next flight to Toronto and he boarded.
Arriving in Toronto he was astonished by the size of the city, the buildings, the people, and the traffic and so on. He immediately started looking for work and continued looking for the next two weeks. Finally down to his last fifty bucks and now right in downtown at the busiest intersection, tired and feed-up he walks into the watering hole on the corner, sits up at the bar and yells, “ BARKEEP 3 SHOTS of WHISKY). With the drinks in front of him he quickly downs all 3 and steps outside. It is extremely bright and he looks around stopping to focus on a young Ladd across the intersection. This guy has a huge afro that is colored every color of the rainbow. This guy then come running around the intersection and grabs the old guy, puts him up against the wall and starts yelling “you got a problem with me? What are you staring at me for? “And the old guy replied “no problem, not staring I’m just not from here and I have never seen so much activityâ€
