2003 Silverado 6.0 tune problem...

Common this to check and maybe just replace is the MAP sensor.
My buddy is a GM tech and whenever cars have a idle/surge issues that is the first thing he switches out.

I have this same exact problem except the only tune I used was the fuel econo tune. When the idle was eratic I put the factory tune in and the idle is still NG. I was told by a mechanic (but he never looked at the truck so he was assuming) that I damaged my injectors with the tune, he said I may have burned my injectors.
