Why don't the graphs cross at 5250?

Funny you should ask. It's because the plot is set to auto-scale through the Superflow software and instead of displaying both numbers on one side it seperates the hp and torque on each side of the graph. It's meant to show the power difference.

Also, is this the "canned" flash that comes with the predator unit? The "91 octane tune".

If we have other supporting mods, will that tune still be ok? I've got things such as a 3" O2 housing, catless downpipe, and 2.5" exhaust, as well as hard pipes, and a bigger throttle body.

Those mods will be fine, and you have further adjustability in the tool to optimize your tune for any mods you have.
One of our Beta cars was an 03 with an open downpipe and it made more power than any of the 04-05 stockers we saw, so it likes the mods.

then tuned its 252 whp 311 wtq

an increase of +24 whp and +71 wtq right?

A little more than 24 on the hp but yeah... More like 35.

What kinds of gains can we expect on S2 equipped vehicles? With the dial-a-boost and high octane modes still function?

All of the toys functions still work. You'll see about 25whp 30-35ft/lbs...

That is correct you are effectively modifiying it's target table so whatever you raise it to then that's what it uses from then on.
