any basic adjustments?

Are there any basic adjustments I should do maybe like adding fuel or something when I have magnaflow high flow cats, magnaflow exhaust,and CAI?? Or should I just stick to the stock Diablo tune. I have a 07 MSRT8

And that exhaust system from Magnaflow is AWSOME to say the least.
Some how the wife does disagree! o well...
