Will this new tuner remove the Closedloop / Openloop delay? Some trucks cl to ol time is like 7-9 seconds of pedal to the floor. Not a good design.

Yes indeed, thats the first thing we do in our tunes...really wakes these HEMIs up!

I noticed MDS delete. I will be able to completely tune a cam now correct?

Yes, with custom tuning from a CMR dealer you can make any cam livable on the street...
