set up for standard transmission

Reading through the manual for doge hemi ram U7137,I see no info for setting up the predator for use with a standard transmission, can anyone tell me how its done, I have a 2007 hemi powered 2500 with a six speed manual transmission

It will see that you have an manual or auto trans automatically.
