So it is finally here - I have questions already....

The Trinity looks very cool but in order for me to make the jump from the DS U7191 I need a few questions answered

1 - Does this mean that Trailblazer SS TCM support is built in as well?

2 - Is there a DiabloSport buy back program? $100 bucks would go a long way in convincing me to make the leap.

3 - What is the final price?

4 - When can I actually get one? Are they available at the CMR dealers yet?

5 - What comes in the package? Cables? Computer connections? Software? A good manual?

6 - Does this interact with 3rd party software the same way - (DiabloRedux)?

If 1 and 2 are yes then you have your first sale...

1 - no, there still is no TCM support yet.

2 - dunno

3 - saw on another post from mikel that it's about $799

4 - no, won't be available to purchase till Jan. 2009 from the last info I saw around the forums and in my email

5 - a good manual?? LOL they don't have time to do tcm support, who the hell's writing a manual?? hopefully all the necessary cables, that would be cool!

6 - yes, it will still log the same way - using the dataviewer to pull the log files out, etc etc.

Question:
For the users of the Predator with customized tunes, what would be the procedure to begin using the Trinity?

1)Back up Custom Tune to disk
2)Restore factory tune to unlock the Predator
3)Plug in Trinity to marry to vehicle
4)Upload Custom Tune into Trinity
5)Load Custom Tune into vehicle

Are there any discrepancies uploading the custom tune from the Predator and/or CMR into Trinity? Any checksum errors due to the tune being modified on the Predator/CMR?

Would like to be ready since I rely on the numerous custom tunes I have.
