2002 f250 crew 7.3 power stroke

i went to install my original program and it will not do it it tells me it is installed or has not been saved so i went to install the towing program that tells me it wont write over a installed performance write. so where did my original program go,why cant i install it back in , i wanted to go to the tow program cause i am going to be pulling a big trailer

serial #2004d38/it says last tune is original installed ?? i installed the 60 horse/no check engine light but there is a code p0603/cal id is tnaa5s8and it is a u7170
i thought of trying to force my original program in but dont have a pass word and i was going to try fail safe but no pass word eather

Please give us a call at the office with the tool powered up in the truck so we can force the backup for you.

thank i will do that but i dont know when i work till 5 central time i will have to figure somthing out, i will have to bring my truck to work !!

and is this a flucke or somthing that always will do??
