U7165 jerking

When I use the cruise control with any tune installed, it jerks when I turn off the cruise control. When I have stock installed, it responds normally. Is the turner causing and damage? I just recently had my truck at the dealership, because injectors 2 & 4 were bad, but luckily I had stock installed a few days before.
I have a 2003 F250 6.0L CC 4x2 Lariat.

Not sure what this could be,is the fuel filter clean?

The fuel filters are fine.

I have same problem and a whole lot more, Its not the fuel filter.....

The 'jerk' is caused by the extra throttle response in the tunes....to lose the jerk would mean running with stock throttle response.
