two questions about U7198

Just purchased a U7198 off an e-bay store, was not aware about authorized dealers. It is a new unit, but cannot get dealer to send me a receipt. I am assuming I am screwed for free future updates from Diablo.
Second, the car is a 1999 Camaro Z28. LS6 heads and intake, Ligenfelter G2-3 cam, SLP long tube headers with off road pipe, ported throttle body, undrive pulley and SLP MAFS. How do I go about getting a custom tune for this?

As far as the receipt, well, I guess that is why we recommend against buying from Ebay. I cant imagine paying a few hundred dollars for anything and not getting a receipt with it.
As for the tune, we have CMR dealers all over the country that can take care of that for you.
