2005 Dodge 2500 - Newly installed powerpuck threw code P0013

i just bought a brand new powerpuck for my 05 cummins two days ago, i installed it this afternoon and took my truck for a test run, while going down my driveway the engine light came on, it was running fine until i came back down the driveway about 15 minutes later, it felt like it missed one time and felt like the powerpuck was cutting in and out, i checked the code and it was P-0013, checked the internet and it says: ""B" Camshaft Position - Actuator Circuit Bank1". any help would be greatly appreciated
