hard shifting gears

I am using the 87 octane tune and i just have flow master exhaust. I am installing airaid intake and power aid throttle body spacer on monday. My question is why am i having hard shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear? I would like the smoothe transition shifting of the factory settings but the power that the predator offers. I am a newbie and have no idea what i am doing. please help

That's part of having a performance tune....if you want the factory tranny settings you'll need a custom tune.
