Keep in mind this is the first Predator I've owned/used, so I'm learning.....
A friend in another forum helped me out.

I had to install everything on another PC to get the tool to be recognized (problem with MY PC - might be security settings?).
Then - on the other PC - the DS Downloader installed okay - except that it didn't show the fourth tab when I ran the DS Downloader .exe - the fourth tab being for Calibration Updates. I was only showing the first three tabs.
Once everything was running correctly, I did the Calibration Updates, then downloaded u7135.9r15 crom and the car took it just fine. (pretty neat process to watch as the car goes through the tune install).
Got the 93 octane CAI tune in with no problems. Hope to get a chance to run it today and see how the car responds.

What Metzguy said! Did mine this morning and it is really sweet. Only one question - I have the MBRP cat back exhaust. so, would it make any difference if I "adjusted" the tune to reflect this mod and if so, just how would I go about it?

I have the Vortech version VR7135 that came with my supercharger kit. I don't want to put the kit in right away but can I take advantage of the U7135 tune and then restore later to the VR7135 version?

Was your answer directed to highberg's question, mine, or both?
As a second question, I put the 91 ctane tune in and now I want to change it to the 93 octane tune. Do I have to re-install the factory tune first? As I read the instructions I think so, but I just want to b sure since like 08 challengerdad this is all new to me (when I worked on cars as a teenager we used wrenches and screwdrivers t adjust carbs etc.)

No sir....just the LX/WK platforms.

The new Ram will be a whole new ballgame, and will likely take a bit of time to get done.
