Hello. I have a question. I purchased a Predator U7191 for my 06 GXP. But I could not use it since I have a Vector Tune and my ECM is locked. I purchased it from www.PFYC.com but they would not allow me to return it to them since they don't accept returns on electronics (won't order from them again). So I have RMA'ed it using the form on this website and shipped the Predator back to Diablosport. Will I be able to get a refund from Diablosport? I don't mind if there is a restocking fee. I am just a bit confused about the 30 day satifaction guarantee or if I followed the proper process. Need some help please.

We can not unfortunately directly refund you due to the fact the unit was not purchased directly from DiabloSport. But you can call the dealer and have them contact sales if they claim they do not want to follow our policies. If that doesn't work please contact sales if the dealer is non compliant.

I'm afraid we can't take the programmer back. We have a strict "no returns" policy on electrical items and this programmer would be included. You would be able to get almost all of your money back by selling it to someone else and that would be my recommendation.

I will call them tomorrow but right now it appears that they DO NOT follow Diablosport's policies. I will also contact Diablosport sales tomorrow. Well, if www.PFYC.com won't make this good, I would hope that Diablosport will.
