Nah, the issue on the 08 was particular to motor and year, just like yours was way back when bad things happened to you.

i have the 9r05a file on my 08 silverado 5.3... will the new update do anything for me??? thanks!!!

they have a new update but they didnt change the tunes from the 9r05a. its just for support for the 07 y motors and a few others. if it aint broke dont fix it. lol i think there haveing a issue with a 08 as we speak but im sure theyll get to the bottom of it.

Just an other question about the update. WIll it really work on my 09 with the Y engine? because i'm reading about the 08 with problems.

I told my dealer to order the predator right away because he has orderd a new truck from the states and should save shipping cost

Hope I can install the tune with out an problems. I want to race my dad in his duramx
