Help!!! 2002 V10 Chip

I have a Diablosport chip that says it's for a Ford. The chip is all I have and my questions are......will it work on my 2002 F250 Superduty with the 6.8 V-10 and if so what else do I need to do or purchase.

If you have it flashed, it can be used in that truck, yes.

Please pardon my ignorance...but when you say flashed you mean take it to a local dealer and have it programmed?? If so I need installation instructions and maybe a little input on what this chip does and how much $$$$$$$$ would I be looking at?
It is marked Rev 3.1 2/01 KK

Yes, it will need to be flashed at one of our dealers.
