1996 Ford 7.3 L Chip

I have a DeltaChip chip that came out of a 1999 7.3 Powerstroke. Will this work in a 1996 7.3 Powerstroke? Thanks

It would need to be reflashed for the 96 model.

Do you know who does this in North Dakota? All the ones that come up on the map have no idea what I am talking about. Is there someone who accepts them by mail?
