06 Mustang wont take Gear change??????

I have a 06 mustang gt and I put 4.10 gears in it but I'm not sure it is taking the gear change when i Changed it in the tune because since I'm a mechanic I have a Snap-on scan tool and in the trans data pids it still says Gear 3.50??? Maybe cause the predator is making it's change in the ICM instead. Any ideas???

Your saying the gear change your making is not taking effect. Is your speedo off at this point or your just going by the info the snap-on tool is giving you?

Not sure the answer to your question as far as the speedo being off but I can tell you that my RPM vs. Speedo reading seems to match with alot of others online with 4.10s and a 5 speed so.... It may make its change in the ICM and thats why the scan tool still reads 3.50 ratio . I was just wondering if you guys know the answer for sure.Thanks in advance!!
