2007 Ram 2500-signal light issues

I have had some strange things happen with my signal lights when i install my tunes. After installing almost every time my signal lights flash very slow, after i drive the truck for a while the problem goes away. Today i had another issue that really took me for a surprise, i turned my signal light on to go left, it blinked about three times and proceeded to flash right! Again after i drove the truck for a while the problem went away, i don't know about anyone else but this is a very concerning and now i am not sure if this problem may have been going on for a while and i have never noticed it. I will definately be looking at my blnkers to make sure the right side is on and not just listen to make sure they are working. You just take it for granted that when you signal left that your left signal comes on. I would think this has to be linked to the programmer after seeing how it can effect them after a tune is installed.

WOW! haha, that's really weird. Since the problem has started, have you tried reinstalling the original backup to see if the problem goes away?

I have been kepping an eye it but so far it's been ok since. However i do know that every single time i install a tune it slows down the turn signal. Very stange? It would be nice to know if this has happened to anyone else.

dray, what programmer you running 7130 or 7131? I havent had any signal issues.

My 06 did the same thing, it would switch right to left sometimes, flash both occasionally. The multi-function switch is probably going bad, it happens to alot of these trucks and has quite likely nothing to do with the tuner, just coincidence.

happens to me all the time.. but only when i change tunes..very annoying
