Can anyone tell me, either theoretically speaking, or practically speaking, if you disable the EGR valve in the Predator menu...
1.) Would this impact fuel mileage in any way, either making it better or worse?
2.) Would/Could disabling EGR possibly cause the engine to throw rear OS2 sensor codes?
Techincal question about EGR disable...

RE: Techincal question about EGR disable...
1/ we have not had any reports of a loss in mpg with it disabled.
2/the two are not related so i doubt there is any possibility they would cause a rear 02 code to be thrown.

what are the main advantages (other than cleaning up the underhood) of disabling the egr system?

Well, you will eliminate the exhaust gases from being re-circulated back into the intake so your motor will get cleaner air all the time.
