can't load Diablo Sport tunes in 05 Hemi Ram

I've tried twice to load the 93 octane and once to load the 91 octane- ALL 3 WITH THE SAME RESULTS of not loading and so I still have the factory tune in my truck.

What do I need to do differently? I'm really kind of pissed for wasting so much time- I had to update the programmer, had to calibrate it twice, and then had all 3 attempts to upload a tune not work and reload the factory tune 3 times.

I got the Diablo because I was really unsatisfied with the Superchips Cortex performance. Never had any problems loading or unloading the Superchips.

What version of the CROM did you update the programmer to?
If you need to do something differently they're going to need to know what you did this time.

Tried again this morning and all it says:

this message x3- "...make sure key is on, DO NOT start..."
followed by"...program did not upload, unplug and try again..."

What do I need to do to get this to upload.

I would update it to 9r03, as we made some fixes for this type of issue in the latest revision.

cschieck, the Diablo is very picky, unlike the Superchips...Just keep trying to load the tune, and make sure your battery voltage is 12.6 or higher

Well I downloaded version 4 (that's the only one available on the downloads page) and have tried to upload this 6 times with the exact same messages as before "...upload failed (1). Make sure the key is on and the engine IS NOT running...).

This is absolutley a joke.

Battery voltage is fine, left my cell phone in the house (as per the instructions in manual that "some cell phones may cause interferrence"). I suppose I should take my truck as far out into the boonies (away from any residual power sources- without my cell phone mind you) and try to upload it then. the only problem with that idea is I'm sure the F**king tuner would leave me with a NO START condition and then I wouldn't have my cell phone to call anyone to pick me up.

Here is the truck specifics:
2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Laramie
RB1 Navigation
heated mirrors
AC, heater
PWR windows and door locks
PWR driver seat
headlights and tailights
other misc electrical equipment like cruise control, PWR mirrors, dome lights, light under the hood, ect.

Black05Hemi- appreciate the advice, but I'll never know now. Shipped it to O.R.T today via UPS. Hopefully it will work on his 04. This was way too much BS for a tuner.

I have a feeling that I wouldn't have been that impressed anyway. I traded off my 7.3 PSD little over a year ago and I'm really thinking I should get back into the diesel scene.

If it's an 05 Just cycle the key again(off and on)when it's get's to make sure key is on and it should load the tune.It may take a couple of tries.(read above post on Diablo article)
