After having a run of two bad Predators in a row and then not hearing anything back from DS, I got a new Predator this week. Thank you for a couple of reasons.
1) Thank you for the "speedy" customer service after I brought up the fact that it was two month and nothing.
2) Thank you for sending a NEW Predator! I have read all of these people saying "WOW!" when they installed a tune... I never really got that WOW factor the first time. I updated each CROM that came out, which adds up to about 6-7 different times I have loaded the vehicle... Then CROM 9r14 came out and fried my Predator. Sent in for RMA and same thing... Another RMA later got me a NEW Predator. Now, when I installed a tune from THIS Predator, O.M.G. I cannot believe it! The wife never felt any gain in the other one either, but this one is a MASSIVE gain! I always knew something wasn't right...
Again, thank you DS! NOW I am 100% happy with the purchase, not just 80% happy!

Oh, and BTW, the wife told me that on her way home last night, she was doing about 35 and gunned it and the tires broke loose a little... Roads are dry here, surprisingly in Washington. Now THAT is what I am talking about... Now cannot wait to get that custom toon on there! See what THAT does! (And yes, the wife knows how to drive... She had a good teacher)
