Ok we got done with the tuning for the 2009 M6 SRT8 Challenger.
Vehicle had 750 miles on it.
BT catch can installed and a t-stat. We later installed an AFE stage 2 CAI.
The dyno runs where all performed under very similar operating conditions, ect 180-190 deg F, IAT 60-70 deg F(cold days here in FL), fuel used was mobil 93 octane.
We did 3 consecutive pulls per tune.
Here are the numbers:
Stock: 389 hp, 390 ft/lbs, blue line
Stock w/ CAI: 399hp, 399ft/lbs, black line
Tune: 405hp, 407ft/lbs, red line
Tune w/ CAI: 413hp, 410ft/lbs, green line
PS Many thanks to Marc for letting use and abuse his Chally...

24HP and 21ft/lbs. torque over stock. I actually expected a bit more or at least a bigger impovement than the CAI. Oh Well.

When do you think the software will be ready for prime time?
I ( and a ton of others) are waiting for the updated release so that my Techco Supercharger can get calibrated to my 09 Chally M6!

Your missing the Big picture.
Look at the dyno graph.
Compare the blue line to the red or green line.
The gains are not peak numbers, they are gains across the whole rpm range.
The gains start all the way back to 3500rpm and continue till 6000 rpm.
I would take a wide power band over peak numbers any day.

Well now I am really disappointed in the numbers that I got! I have an 09 SRT-8 Chally w/ M6.
I have a AFE Stage 2 CAI, BT Oil Catch Can, Jet 180 Thermo, Magnaflow High flow cats and competition Catback, I was running the 93 CAI on my Diablo Predator and went to have a tune done.
My first pull was 379whp 371ftlbs. Then the tuner tried to do more he pulled at most 381whp and 373ish ftlbs.
What happened? I am now a little concerned.
Conditions:
OAT - ~78degrees
IAT - ~80 degrees
RH - ~45%
Fuel - BP 93 Octane
Mileage - 1800
(New oil change week prior to testing)
