U7198 upgrade for NBS 2500hd

hey guys I have a model U7198 predator from my old 2500hd 6.0l and was wondering if it could be updated to work with my 2007 NBS 2500hd 6.0l or do I have to buy a new unit?

the hardware and programming is different between the units, so that older 7198 can't be made to work with your new truck.

you'll have to buy a new model predator... the U7194 is what you need for the new 2007 vehicle...

you have a couple of options for that older 7198...

1. you can contact diablosport about their trade-in program, and when you ship it to them, they'll give you a $99 credit towards the purchase of a new predator...

or...

2. you can sell your 7198 online yourself (assuming it's unlocked of course) and could get more money than that towards the purchase of the new one... used ones generally sell for around $150-$200...
