I installed 9r06 87 tune in my 08 5.3 with tire size mod and other adjustments and no problems so far.

u got lucky lol. i wouldnt touch it anymore till they get a update. better just drive and be happy its running. i couldnt wait i had to get the 9r06 and it locked my truck up

The issue is just with the 07 6.0L "Y" motors, i took the crom down until we fix this.

The generation IV Vortec 6000, is a V8 truck engine. It is a bored version of the Vortec5300. Displacement is 6.0 L (364 inÂ³) from 101.6 mm bore and 92 mm stroke. It currently comes in two versions, the LY6 and L76. All Gen-IV 6.0L engines feature drive-by wire throttle control and may require the throttle pedal for the engine to run.

LY6

The LY6 is a is considered the upgrade from itâ€™s generation III LQ4 predecessor, and features variable valve timing.

The LY6 is rated at 325 hp and 370 ftâ€¢lbf of torque.

The LY6 can be identified by the 8th digit of the VIN number which will be â€œKâ€

umm the new y motors are rated at 367 hp not 355??

And thankfully I read this before installing the new tune cause I do have the "Y" motor.

This is just a prob with the U7194 right?. I have a 7193 on a 2005 GMC with the B code motor and have been running 9r06 for a few months. Do I need to redownload 9r05 to my Predator, and then the truck?

If the software is causing the problem, Is diablo offering to pay for at least the tow or reprogramming the PCM or both?!?!?

I'm not touching mine!, its working just find on the older software.
