Surely it is not unreasonable to expect something that one has paid a significant amount of money for to work as adverrtised ?
Is all I am asking for is confirmation that you are able to fix this issue along with an indication of how long it may take
If there is no hope of a resolution please say so

Hey mike my predator is now locked up saying the application is missing or corrupt and i have followed the steps to rectify this from this site numerous times to no avail.What if i sent the predator out to you could you check it out for me and maybe send it back when you have the necessary updates so i will be able to use the thing which i have had since february of this year ?

simply reload the crom file to fix the app missing or corrupt.

like im telling you i cant load the crom file it wont let me do it or i wouldnt be posting on here. Are you saying i cant send the predator to you to sort out for me ?

BlackCloud has an export vehicle with a calid that does not appear in Chryslers database. We are working on it.

hey mike ive sorted my missing or corrupt issue i used another laptop and it worked but i still have the issue of my vehicle being an export also.the calid number coming up for me is 05187909AG

and cheese wizard get out of our boat its for exports haha
