Can you describe the whole process, from start to finish?

I have a 2011 chevy 2500hd 4x4 lt 6.0 gas 6 speed auto. I get in vehicle and set brake turn off all accesories and plug in predator. I then turn key on and wait for predator to boot up. I then read the disclaimer and hit agree. It counts to about 18 seconds 3 to 4 times. Then a hour glass pops up for a couple seconds. It then makes my dash abs, 4x4 and integrated brake controller lights illuminate. It makes all my guages go to 0. Then it goes back to counting 2 to 3 more times then all the guages reset and lights go off. The screen says Failure cut. i hit more info it says PCM error root\seed (-1). I have tried this with multiple fuses pulled for all the accesories. I have tried with all fuses in place. Truck has no aftermarket accesories.

And the revision displayed on the top line is 9t19?

Turns out your truck uses a different PCM than the rest of the 2011s, thus it is not currently supported.

I am having the same issue but with a 2012 gmc 2500. It goes for a while and then shows the cutout error. I haven’t tried it with the parking brake applied and do not have any afternarket parts. It is the Diablo sport u7194.

U7194 never worked on 11-up 6.0 applications, just the 07-14 4.8/5.3/6.2 trucks.

yeah.. there is no new support going to be added for those olllllld predators guys... they are dead and gone - were discontinued many years ago... plus, those old predator's could not tune the transmission either...

you can do a trade-in to diablosport and get a discount on buying the new inTune i3 8245 Platinum or the Trinity T2 EX 9245 Platinum tools... then you would have full vehicle support for both the engine and transmissions in those vehicles...
