Have you guys had in luck yet? I wonder if i send it back and get the trinity I would have better luck with it. There is no telling how long it will take for them to get an 2009 ram into their shop so they can test it. Thats what Mike told me via email earlier today. I don't want to wait.

okay, you are at the same point slaughterhouse and I are at. Last I heard they are trying to find a local truck with the same issue. Im with you though. I think im going to return this and revisit when they get it figured out.

No joy, update did not change end result.
Alright, what do I need to do to get a refund, its been a month now, Im not going to sit around waiting for a fix that isnt coming. I want to return this for a full refund, plus shipping.
