hey Mike, I am all back normal, do you know why it froze up? I have used it before and never had any issues until i needed to restore.

it was a bug in 1r01e.

Update: With TS support in resetting the inTune (clearing everything and getting a new code), I was able to get past the original freeze and inTune was able to read and store the stock PCM. When attempting to install a new tune (CAI 91), I get the following error when inTune is attempting to backup the original PCM: "Failed to read PCM Original Backup." I then return to the main screen.

does it read it to 100% then say that?

No. I believe it gets to about 15%.

Update: After a call with TS and a reset of the inTune code, the 91 CAI Tune was installed. I'm very anxious now for work to end so I can get the car out on the road. Thanks!

OK, ever since the intune freezing and my car note starting, my transmission has not been shifting right....very rough and when decelerating and then accelerating third gear vibrates.....any ideas to what happened...?

remove the negative battery terminal for a few minutes please try that. this will allow the system to reset.

I took it off last night and let it stay off all night and this morning on the way to work is still was doing the same thing...?

What do I do now!!!?

call us with the tool in the vehicle please.
