I plugged in the Intune and ran the updater and my Intune is up to date. Still cant perform a tune- still get the message saying: pcm calibration for (VIN) currently not supported. I have a 2008 jeep srt8. This is my info from the xml file:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
-<tool_info> <main svn="4210" sw_rev="1r01h" full_version="InTune-1r01h 03/29/2012 12:07:10 PM"/> <registration status="1" sn="CICTZD5-1"/> <restore bc="0" vin="1J8HR78358C101408" id="0"/> <db pid="1r01a" tune="1r01d" mfr="GM"/> <db pid="1r01a" tune="1r01a" mfr="DCX"/> <db pid="1r01a" tune="1r01a" mfr="FORD"/> <system_db vin="1r01a" info="1r01a" dtc="1r01a"/> <license tuned="0" avail="1"/> <updates count="2"/> </tool_info>

yes that is what its asking...how is that done though? When I plug it in to my laptop and run the updater it says it has the latest update. Not sure where to go from here.

no, those are pred/trinity based instructions that show you how to do it with dsdl.

Just olug intune into a PC, let it run the cd rom drive if it asks for permission, and it will update automatically ;)

It will update to what exactly? His unit is already updated to 1r01h and not working. I'm in the same exact boat as well, looking for resolution.
