NEW iNtune UPDATE

We have released a new update, 1R01H.

We have identified a possible bug that this update will keep from happening, as we are strongly urging all inTune customers to update their tool asap.

Trying to run the new update. inTune keeps rebooting and say's "This inTune cannot be updated until it is Registered"- continue-"Failed to install Group_Update.itfrg. I've already registered it with the code from email and have used it. Any Help!

hmm...your tool does not think it is registered.

What is the tool serial number?

I loaded my new tune and ran data logging.
Now I want to read the data log files.
Can you tell my where to get the Data log viewer software.
The link that I find is not valid.

there were some tools freezing up before they got to the main menu, this is a fix to make sure that does not happen.

I updated my InTune on 3/25/2012 and it is loaded with 1r01g.
When I try to get it to update to 1r01h, it says the InTune is up to date and doesn't load 1r01h.

If I manually download the update, how do I install it in my Intune?
