OK so no one ever got the answer?? What was the cause or more importantly what was the fix?
I have a problem with my inTune unit freezing about 3-5 seconds after the message about "....turn key to on position...."" the little circle type dial on the unit shows it is working the just stops. Unit will not respond. I have tried every combination, every option available on unit display. I have unhooked any electrical aftermarket part but still my inTune unit freezes in the same manner every time. I had no problem for a year w/ monthly, at times weekly, changes with no issues at all. I last played w/ trans shifting points and I have them to high now but can not go back. My unit even tells me there is my backup/restore tune available but when I "force restore" I still get the same freeze after the " turn key to on position" Can anyone help? I am at the point of getting my ECM/TCM flashed at the dealer just to undo all of it because no one from diablosport will respond to my 5 emails.

Did you get this fixed?
Before I use my new I1000 I want to be sure it won't screw something up.
Did Customer support fix this one with phone call ?

Yes, actually the day of the post. I had to copy some files and attached then to the post and Mike "MIKEL" if you see his login name on forum, sent me back files to down load and instructions. Worked fine. Not sure what caused problem ?? But its all good now
