So how do I check the a/f ratio? Does the datalogging in the tuner provide this information?

You need to get a wideband. The stock O2 sensors are not sensitive enough to read it properly. They can read rich or lean, thats it, nothing more then that.

What no one will say is how to I get the a/f ratio. Does the tuner provide this information? Do I use the datalogging?

The wideband O2 will come with a Gauge that will tell you the exact A/F ratio.

how do I measure the a/f ratio?
Will the datalogging do this?

So someone tell me I cannot read
If I had read everythign Mike listed I would have realized he answered my question. I was frustrated because everyone kept saying I only need a sensor, not a wideband o2 kit which comes with a sensor, and gauge.
Sorry for the confusion.

The "wideband" being referred to includes the sensor, controller, and display gauge. Usually sold in kits although you can buy components individually. The sensor requires a controller. converts the output and also controls the heater, does calibration, etc. Most controllers have an output for a gauge and usually an output for a separate data logger. Some of the fancier gauges have controllers for the display. Innovate's LC-1 for example has the sensor controller integrated into the cable. The Predator communicates with the ECM over the OBDII bus. If your car does not have a wideband builtin which is hooked up to the ECM then your wideband gauge will be an independent system and not readable by the Predator (data logging). Something like that.

I believe there is work being conducted between Diablo and Innovate Motorsports to allow Innovate's LM-1 and/or LC-1 to work with Diablo? Until this happens, there is no way to link Wideband readings with Data Logging. That is my understanding to date.
