HI there my intune did the same thing after it update . frezz up in check disk .

I just did the drag and drop update on my mac and also tuned my car with the intune and had zero problems. Very slick little unit. Fast tune times also

I know its been a few years since you sent this out. I am having the same issues with mine currently, but this link didn't work. can you email me one that will? I'm using a Mac btw.
