latest update with any unsupported 6.0 2500 files we have received

Tells me I the file is in an unsupported format for my tool.
Not sure what is going on. The file that was on there was trinity_gm_can_gas-1t09if_update.crom

updated my tool today
I went in and did a complete restore and then a fresh backup of my origional tune. I then got a screen that said something like TCM calibration missing for my VIN and then it said do you want to do a backup read. I clicked yes and the tool locked up completely as it was looking at the origional backup.
Not sure what is going on

Got the update today.. Now I click yes when it wants to read the TCM settings and it proceeds to do a backup of the original tune. When it gets to this point now it wants to lock up reading the stock tune. Seems we went one step further in the right direction..

Mike I emailed you the unsupported TCM file. Hopefully that helps you out. I am able to hit the red "X" and tune the truck just no communication with the TCM at this point still.

I emailed you the TCM file mike, is there a fix for this yet?
Should I sync up yet?
Thanks
