OP, i dont see any errors/problems with what you posted?
Last image says it was successful, go to the vehicle, and go go the performance menu, and it will load the update to the vehicles pcm and then allow you to tune it.

Mikel,
The problem is that is does the update, it says that was sucessfull, but if I replug the unit in the car I still get the message that vehicle needs to be updated. And when I plug the unit back i the pc, I get the same message that the tool needs to be updated, I update, but if I replug on to the PC it still takes me to the upgrade step again, like if the upgrade wasnt done.

Mikel,
The Tool Worked! I was able to apply the 91 tune to the truck and it is working very nice. I was also able to modify the parameter for the speed limit, but unfortunatly I was unable to modify the tire size.
I get the following error....
