jiffjar, what are the odds that we are the only two with a defective programmer. With the money spent on flashing, and now sending it back the cost just keep going up. Were do we stop.

Hey guys if your luck is like mine you all will not have any help, I have been waiting on a fix since last May with this POS and no hope. Had the U7160 worked great every time but this U7165 just will not work my 2003 6.0. All I hear is that there is a fix yeah right. So now I am looking for another programmer $350.00 and I have never got to use it LOL. If I had it to do over I would have let them take it back on day one. All lies no truth from DIABLO????

i would love for this tuner to work, but i am also frustrated. i do have faith that this product can work because i know people that have it. i just dont know why it wont work on our trucks. please help with any thing else we could try other than re flasing the truck to stock....i think we have burned out that theory. if there is nothing else i will have to send it back, which i would hate to do.

Guys, our engineers are working up a new revision to send you, I should have something around lunch time.
