wow who knew I was going to stir up so much sh@t when I started the post ! All I wanted was a tune that worked. The tunes that are in the r19 are crap and the fixes that we are given don't work either.and I agree 100% it shouldn't take 3-4 months to get a fix that still doesn't work ! For the price of these tuners you would think that yhere would be a little better customer support. If I ran my customer support like this my customers would tell me to f@ck myself and be gone .Maybe that is what we all need to do ! I know it is pricey but if it doesn' work what good is it mine has become a $600 paper weight .

OK, check this out! Saturday I was heading south to Charlotte from Winston Salem(68 miles) si I thought let me put this programmer back in and see what happens. Here's the data:65 hp tune= 17.5 MPG @ 65 mph w/cruise on at $3.29 p/gal. Got to the mall and noticed that the back quarter of my truck from the Exhaust tip up to the brake light was discolored with soot and raw fuel! Actual oily residue!! So on the way home with a head wind, program removed and truck washed; 22.4 mpg @ 65pmg w/cruise on at $3.29 p/gal. Spent $174.58 in Christmas presents for the family. Got home checked truck, no soot or oily residue. Checked the forum for an update from our DS Customer Service Reps, nada, zilch, not dam thing.............F'n Priceless!!!!!!!

New update: I am rid of my POS handheld from DS. My supplier is taking it back and refunding me!!!! My Christmas came early!!!! They said I am not the first and I will not be the last. For the past several months they have heard the same thing and they are considering dropping the line due to the lack of customer service and handheld support along with returns!! Looks like DS is in for a long winter!! I will be in Florida for the next two weeks spreading the word on DS. For those of you left waiting and getting the shaft. This spells out class action lawsuit as I had already spoke to a lawyer prior to my return of the POS from DS! Thats why they probably chose not to be a member of the Better Business Bureau in there area. Banks and SCT are more than willing to help us, call them yourselves.

WOW, still no answer for guys huh, 5 days without a peep. Remember when your parents told you about the bag of coal for when you were growing up. And we thought they were joking, cause DS is giving it out to this forum for sure! We wish you a Merry Christmas....................

All these issues were just brought to my attention by a forum member.
I'll look into it to see what I can find to resolve the issues.
