they won't do anything to fix this
I am waiting since november 2014 and some guys much more.
My truck is now tuned with HP tuner (engine AND trans.)
My trinity device is now married with my 2005 Chrysler 300C 5,7L Hemi

Yeah, the support was really messed up, its been nothing but story after story. Eventually a tech named daniel said they were not going to put the TCM module in the trinity and said it is what it is, then hung up. WTF kind of customer service is that and from what i have heard from a few cmr tuners here in my home town, DS treats their CMR tuners the same. Pretty messed up

Have you tried loading the 1r13 mega crom without loading the later updates?

Yup, I tired that 3 times to be exact even with the canned tunes you go through the loading the 87 perf tune, and perf trans tune, the unit appears to write, after the key is cycled as the unit suggest it shows that its written, the trinity then reboots, you go to last tune written and only PCM shows, no TCM and I get the same error box that others have got.

OK, so if it lets you pick a tcm tune, you have not lost tcm support, what is the error box you refer to specifically?

This box just as every other person who has an 04-06 ram hemi...the trinity does not read nor remember the TCM backup

It remembers the pcm back up, save it then it goes to look for TCM thats when u get the error box

It writes pcm, and have no tcm written

This is all the info that the trinity shows
I can upload my stock TCM file and PCM file to see what you guys can do with an update for the 05 ram hemis.

After reading various boards about this issue its been known about for well over 2 years. I never had a problem with my predator, upgraded to the trinity and it only does half the job

I have been in contact with the Tech. Manager about this issue but started my dialogue on a Friday so I will be in contact with Mike L. During the week to see about this, cause I have the perf trans tuning ability on my old predator when I go to tune using it. Reset my truck back to stock and go to do the exact same tune with trinity it only writes the tcm. Even after a forced calibration so it seems to be something in the programing in the trinity that wont allow it to save and write the TCM in some of the 05s and 06s. So I sent Mike my OG backups from predator to get it into the support module in the trinity to allow the trans tuning option for us guys that have the 05-06 ram 1500 hemis that have a tc Calid that ends in AD.

The trans tuning option was lost since the 1r11 dcx update came out. It worked from what others have said in the 1r10 crom. After 1r11 crom was released it was removed or forgotten to be put back in. A friend of mine just bought a trinity for his 2010 ram hemi and he has no TCM tuning either.

Guys I have the same problem I needed returned to my old predator

If you have a predator the 9r14 crom will still allow TCM tuning

Seems the only viable solution for this particular problem provided you still have your old predator is to tune with your predator and use the trinity to monitor. NOTE: there is also no TCM tuning in the 2010 rams either.
