Trans. tuning lost since 1r13c update

Hi from France
I updated this morning my Trinity to the last 1r13a dcx_gas.
But when i tried to load the both custom tunes made by Hemifever I get this:
"problem with custom tune 05094258AD wrong..won't be used"
Those customs tunes worked pretty fine before....
Also when I i try to get tune from tool with the DSDL (original backup PCM/TCM), I get this message:
"Error processing custom tune with calid 05094258AD"

Can you do something with that ??
Just let me know if you need files or something
I sent an email to Hemifever but he is on the way back home from the SEMA show

What crom version were you on prior to updating/seeing this message?

I'm hoping your issue is just a minor hiccup BUT with yours being an 2005 model I'm willing to bet you have lost tcm tuning just like a few other guys have, including myself. I get that same message every time i load up any of my custom tunes. Its like the tool no longer has our calid info saved so it does not see our TCM. Like i said above i hope this isnt your issue. I wish you good luck though!

the last crom version was the 1r10 if I remember well.......and every thing worked perfectly !!
I tried to put it back in but it said it needs to be done with a Diablosport tech
So what can we do ??

I was receiving that message as soon as i updated 1r11a, so that makes sense. You can check a few things just to be sure you did lose TCM tuning. One thing is to see if you still have the canned transmission tunes(the ones that came with the tuner). If it only tunes the PCM then that's a sign. The other thing to check is to see if you can still scan the transmission for trouble codes. If you are unable to do any of those things, then i believe you have run into the same issue that many of us 05-06 guys have.

The only thing we can do right now is hope they find a fix. It is affecting more and more people now that they are updating their Trinity's. So maybe it will help them figure it out.

UP please....
I still can't load the custom TCM tune in the truck.
the 93-Octane.drg is loaded but I always getting same error messages about the TCM so tranny isn't tuned
I asked Hemifever and he told me that he doesn't see anything wrong in all files.

does the tool export a TCM backup currently?
Does the tool offer you the preloaded TCM tunes?

well...
I restored the original backup and then re-load the canned tune....it seems the tool offers me the perf. trans. tune and after the install when I press last tune written it shows perf 93 oct only.
also, when I try to get tune file from tool it get the PCM_56028958AI.drg file from the original backup and the PCM_56028958AI_Perf_93oct.drg from the last tune written.
About TCM from the original backup, I get this message:

and nothing from the last tune written about TCM

BUMP please....
Still trying to retrieve back the TCM tuning and here is what's happening....
So I restored the original backup and updated the tool to the last dcx_gas 1r13b crom version.
Back to the truck to tune it everything is running OK reading/writing PCM/TCM proccess is OK....
Original backup saved in the tool.
Then I load the canned 93 oct. perf and all the process is running OK and the tool offers me the Perf Trans tune ....

Keep going until the end of the install and here is what I get.....seems PCM and TCM files are in the tool...

Once the tool tells tune is in the vehicle you may drive it..... I press Continue then toll is rebooting....OK

But once rebooted, when I press options > last tune written here is what it shows...

also when I try to get TCM tune file from tool, I got the error message I posted above

What can we do please ???
I have no more custom trans tuning avaiable and I paid for it

I would like to downgrade the crom tool to 1r10 version
I kept a backup of this 1r10 crom in my comp
Is it possible to to do that because TCM tuning worked fine before with this crom version

Unfortunately this can not be done. I also attempted to downgrade (for the same exact reason) but was told it is impossible.

There has to be something that was deleted or changed in the file for all of this to happen. I can take my buddies trinity that still has crom 1r10 loaded and it will save my TCM calid all day long. I hope our issue gets resolved soon.
