Install the new update 9t04a, and noithing now I get a original tune not saved with a -14, any other suggestion.

jiffar, let me if the update you got works, the one I got and tried doesn't work and give me a -14 now. I think we hit a brick wall with this tuner, I hope I can return this and get a refund. I have a local guy here that say he can fix my problem with a new tuner, The only problem is a have one that does not work.

I just chased my engineer out in the parking lot to tell him what the new error message was.
He says the -14 now pinpoints exactly what the issue is, and he should be able to get a fix up Monday.

I'll be waiting.Thanks just sometimes it get frustrating you purchase a product it does not work and then your stuck with it. Hope monday isa better day.

shawncrmr,stay in touch maybe we can get some problem resloved. check back on monday that when the new update will be out and hopefuly it will work.

Ok Mike I will be wating for the new update. I know what a -10 means so what does a -14 mean, send the new update either to me at
[email protected] or to my spouse address
[email protected]. Hope we can get this problem resolved today, If not I need a ok to return for a refund.

I'm not sure personally, my engineers are on that.

rattler, since I seem to have your attention, is it possible for you to go to the truck and do this:
options / trouble shooting / Test ODBII Connection
it will give you a couple of key cycles and a pass/fail to say whether the FEPS logic is working
Let me know what the result of this test is.

i have been away from my truck for the past few days....i did recive my up date but will need to get the wire to connect my computer to the tuner. i will let you know tomarrow if my up date worked or not...rattler let me know if they figure out the -14 or if your local guy can fix your problem...
