I'm not pissed at you guys personally. I'm in the IT sector myself and I know sometimes that things are not as easy as one would think. Maybe Diablo should hire more people to help if the business is doing as good as your reputation lends. From a customer point of view its just frustrating, thats all...

Agreed. Nobody is mad at any one individual here. But months gone by with no end in sight is a hard pill to swallow. A $400 dollar pill at that. I've heard nothing but praise about your product and really want to try it out. Nah mean?
