I think it's as simple as plug it into the vehicle, get the calibration update text (the inTune will save your vehicle info). Disconnect it from your vehicle and then plug it back in to your computer and let it updater update it. If that doesn't solve the problem then MikeL will have to help you out. Hopefully that helps, I haven't touched my truck or inTune in over 2 months now.

Wish I could have got through on the phone line today, my intune keeps freezing after the main screen. sent it in RMA, came back all good only I still have the same problems. I had off work today for once, and couldn't get through. Now who knows when I'll be able to sit at my computer and have my car near by during diablosport hours.

can you describe exactly where it freezes up?

I promise you it did not freeze up for us here.

Today I have connected my intune to my laptop and it start downloading a new update for gm, ford, cd-rom image and firmware, but the intune stay still and nothing happens. What's wrong?

With this new firmware the intune is cappable of datalog the AFR at last?

I can't datalog with my laptop because the intune frozes everytime and this is not only me, check srtforums, we all have the same problems!!

no, the S3 tunes have been dialed in for quite some time, I dont think they'll be getting redone at any time...

Any idea when the 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 codes will be available for the Diablo InTune? I hate to purchase the Trinity when I already have the Intune.

Trying to run the new update. inTune keeps rebooting and say's "This inTune cannot be updated until it is Registered"- continue-"Failed to install Group_Update.itfrg. I've already registered it with the code from email and have used it. Plug in to my GC srt8 2008 to add new custom tune, it write "exit called!!!" and reboot((( serial No CID9U93-1 version 1r01h. Please Any Help!

What is the newest software right now. I have updated my intune to the most recent version you have...so I am sure I have it.

However...the intune is unbelievably slow to respond to input. I have to wait 30 seconds or more to pick each selection as I go through the menus. I wanted to adjust the fan speed curve so they would come on a little quicker and hit 100% a little sooner but it was all I could do to get into one of the adjustment options let alone each temp so I just said eff it!

Is there anyway to modify the fan speed settings on the computer and just upload them to the car. Id be there for 2 hours trying to enter all the percentages in on the intune itself the way it is working right now!

I noticed the 91 octane tune for the 2013 gt500 is not working, my intune is up to date and I was told it would be fixed soon in the next update, any idea when that might be?

hi is there a way of changing the shift pattern in my 2012 Raptor, i dont like the way it holds a gear when going up a hill, and then needing to push the throttle to make it kick done way after it should have already kicked down.

drag/drop this to the intune drive, let the tool reboot, and it will work as it should
