I have the 6.2L. That why I bought the Denali over the Tahoe LTZ, because of the 6.2 and AWD vs 5.3 and 4WD. I couldn't imagine something this heavy with less then 400hp. Even the 6.2 sounds like its working hard to get the 6k pounds moving.

If I had to guess, I'd say the Trinity is probably adding about 20-25hp. Its noticeable, but not overwhelming. I need to buy a blower. :evil_angel:

Talk to Ali or Gene. They'll take care of you if you let them know I told you to talk to one of them.

I tried calling, but I guess they have limited hours on Sundays. Or maybe they pulled a Jersey. So I emailed one of them. I'll give them another call tomorrow if I don't see a reply to my email in the morning.

Also, is it "Ali" like alley or Muhammad?

Its Ali like Alley, short for Alexandra. She's my preference. Easy on the eyes, young (22), and annoyingly flirty. If she wasn't so young, I'd have hit on her.

22 isn't young, 16 is young.

Did a little research and found out the Denali comes with the 6.2 ( (basically a bored out 5.3 - same stroke) The extra weight is definately a handicap. If memory serves, the blown 6.2 cranks out about 660 hp. Should be able to go over 700 with a few other mods. It wouldn't quite run with the V but it would still go better than 99% of what is out there. Not too shabby for a tank.

Whipple is showing 585 with the 5.3, so yeah, the 6.2 should be in the mid-600's. Thats plenty. At least with the AWD it'll get to the pavement instead of up in smoke like with the V. :drivingbad:

Yeah, I talked to Joey last week about that. The 2300 kit for the GMT900's hasn't been released to the public yet. They're still selling the TVS1900 kits. 2300 is only for trucks with their whole package, which is ridiculously expensive. Looking like after SEMA or PRI.

Well, looks like they want $57K for it. Apparently they get "a lot of calls on it" and "they aren't just going to give it away." How dare they take less than a $7K profit!

I'm sure they did get a lot of calls on it. They had a list of like 10 guys to call back when they got in a V sedan. Whoever buys it gets a bonus 95hp too.

You probably should have held out for the $52K then. And you thought they were going to wholesale it. Getting an extra 100 hp doesn't matter, price does. But this makes it easier, I thought I'd have to haggle over $2K like I did with a few others. But they think very highly of themselves, so I'm glad I moved on. For $57K, might as well get a used 2012 for the same price or pick up a new leftover 2012 for $5K more.
