Mike you want that information from all of us or just from shawncrmr, CAN WE FIX THE PROBLEM OR NOT. AND I'M STILL WATING FOR WHAT -14 MEANS

rattler, I am not trying to leave you in the dark.
As I sit here and type this, one of our engineers is testing this on the bench with an 03 PCM.
Hopefully he will be able to come up with a solution soon.

i just got the cable to be able to connect the tuner to my computer and the computer will not find the tuner. i dont know what else to do. can i send it back to you and you can up date it?

Sounds like you did not install the driver for the cable.
Find the disc in the package and install it...

Mike I see you responded to jiffjar, are you waiting for jiffjar to try the new update before you procreed, if jiffjar doesn't come with a -14 then that means I am the only one with the problem,

Back in 2004 I had a 04 with a 03 engine and I put in a Diablo tune without any probs, it gave me no problems at all over the years I had it,the truck was stupid fast and got awsome mileage,I sold it and regreted it ever since,so I bought another PSD and a Predator hoping this truck will be the same as the last......PLEASE dont let me down.....keeping the faith Shawn

i got a usb to serial cable that did not come with a driver. i did download the dsd downloader and have the firmware you sent but the downloader says searching for preditor on auto connect. when i try to connect manualy it says preditor not found...i am not the most computer savy person could you walk me through the process for uploading the new crom please.
