Purchasing additional licenses

I have a Diablo Sport I3 8200 unit with a 1 vehicle license.

I have since added 2 more hemi's to the family and want to flash the tune on them as well.
Problem is reaching out to support via multiple email addresses just results in no response.

Is there somewhere I can buy these licenses online or must I look into alternative tuners rather?

Let the device update with our update agent software then when its done, the browser will launch a store where you can buy licenses.

what address were you sending emails to?

Thanks for the swift response.

I have done as requested and am now on the store where I can select the license, when I do and I go to checkout it pops up a message to make sure that my serial number is correct.

May I ask how I could make sure this is the case? The only place I see any serial is on the agent software.

I came right with the serial number.

I am now stuck at the checkout with limited shipping options, it seems I can't checkout without providing details.

I reside in Cape Town South Africa...

there's nothing to ship... the additional license is a downloadable software update for the programmer... nothing gets shipped anywhere...

After you complete your purchase of the license, wait about 10 minutes.. and then run the Update Agent program again to update your programmer with the new license...

Hi,

That is how I understood it - nothing to ship. Digital license - I get that.

I cannot check out, when I attempt to click on Place order all the shipping boxes requires the fields to be filled before it will proceed with the order.

Hello, I recently went to the Holley store from my Update Agent app on my PC and added a license to my cart and proceeded to checkout. After I filled out all of the information and clicked place order, nothing happened. I tried going to my Update Agent and it says everything was up to date, however, I have not been charged and do not have the licenses I purchased. I only wanted to purchase one, but tried the process twice. I am unsure of how long this takes, but it has been well over an hour. Thank you for any information. I am assuming that since I have not been charged, the process has not actually went through?

When I add to cart the total is there, then I input my information and the total disappears and when I hit purchase it says my cart has changed
