Hi.
I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c 5.7L. I bought a Predator tuner in 2012 and several years later updated to an InTune1000. I converted my custom tune to it successfully. Last year, my InTune1000 broke so I bought an i3. My custom tune copied to the i3 successfully.
I hadn't needed to reload the custom tune to the car until now and I find that I can't because the i3 wants the original factory ECU file to take the car back to stock. I get the following message when I try to apply the custom tune: "One of the ECU's in this vehicle has been previously tuned with a diablo product. Please restore it to stock condition and then begin anew".
My problem is the i3 won't accept the factory backup DRG file from my old Predator. When I copy the file to the i3 device parent folder, I get the message "An unexpected error has occured. Please wait while a failure log in created".
I have to delete the DRG file otherwise the i3 doesn't respond and I can't find any log files in the i3 directories, so I am assuming the DRG file isn't compatible with the i3.
I'm hoping someone at DiabloSport can convert my factory backup DRG to be i3 compatible. I'm not able to apply my custom tune until I restore the factory ECU file. I attached the file. Many thanks.

the i3 is asking you to update, do that and it will download a stock file for the vehicle, then you load it to the pcm, then you can tune from scratch with the i3.
